Job Description
Missions
Étude électrophysiologique portant principalement sur l'excitabilité d'une population de neurones sensoriels particuliers.
Activity
Cultures cellulaires, incluant le maintient et la transfection de lignées (HEK293, F11...), et la culture primaire de neurones sensoriels (DRG) de rongeurs.
Patch-Clamp sur cellules/neurones en culture (Vclamp ou IClamp).
Génotypage de lignée murine transgénique.
Your Profil
Skills
Une expérience en électrophysiologie sera un plus.

Institut de Pharmacologie Moléculaire et Cellulaire (IPMC, Sophia Antipolis), au sein de l'équipe "Canaux ioniques et Douleur".
