DECIPHERING THE INTERPLAY BETWEEN TRANSPOSABLE ELEMENT AND HOST FACTORS

Your Work Environment

This position is part of an ERC project aimed at understanding how
interactions between transposable elements and the host genome influence their evolutionary success, persistence, and their impact on genome evolution (https://doi.org/10.3030/101229950)
The successful candidate will join the “Plant Quantitative Genomics and Epigenomics” team at Paris-Saclay University, in an interdisciplinary environment combining population genomics, epigenomics, computational biology, and molecular genetics. The project involves international collaborations and access to high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU resources.
