Contexte de travail
“Laboratory of Social and Cognitive Psychology” (LAPSCO–UMR UCA-CNRS 6024; https://www.lapsco.fr). Its purpose is to study the behaviors and cognitive processes involved in higher mental functions (perception, attention, memory, language, temporality), from their cerebral bases to their social and cultural determinants, with significant implications for education, health, and industry. This postdoctoral contract is part of the CNRS “Digital Education” (DigEd) Chair awarded to LAPSCO. The chair's research focuses on the use of digital technologies for learning and understanding the underlying cognitive, social, and motivational factors. This field of study covers both fundamental and applied research in psychology at the frontier with computer science and robotics, within the framework of scientific research on and for education. The successful candidate will be assigned to Team 1, “Cognition-Behavior-Context.” In order to provide optimal conditions for the study of cognition and human behavior at the digital transition, experiments in this field will be conducted on the LAPSCO's e3C (Behavior-Brain-Cognition in the Digital Transition) experimental platform, which covers an area of 500 m2 and is unique in France due to its organic link with the Clermont-Ferrand education authority and its level of scientific equipment.
