Users of the CNRS recruitment portal agree to read and adhere to the Terms of Use of this portal. These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time. 1. Purpose of the website

Applicants are not to use the website’s services for purposes other than those laid down in this article. The CNRS recruitment portal offers online services which allow users to submit applications for job offers posted by the CNRS, i.e. external applications for contract work at the CNRS.
The website’s employment portal is a support service for users searching for employment or applicants and is meant to offer support and assistance only. As such, users agree not to expect any guarantee of results from the service.

4. Compliance with the image rights of HR agents and other CNRS personnel involved in recruitment processes

Users will refrain from capturing and/or disseminating the images and voices of the HR agents and other CNRS personnel whom they meet during job interviews, subject to criminal prosecution.

5. Disclaimer

The CNRS shall not be held responsible for the contents of the information which appears on this website or for any direct or indirect damage suffered by an applicant as a result of their use of the website https://emploi.cnrs.fr or their inability to access it.

6. Intellectual property

The CNRS website is a creative work which is the exclusive property of the CNRS. It is protected by French and international intellectual property law. It may not be displayed or reproduced in violation of the CNRS’s rights under the aforementioned legislation.
The word marks “CNRS” and “Centre national de la recherche scientifique”, along with the logos appearing on the website, are all registered trademarks (semi-figurative or otherwise). Any full or partial reproduction, as defined by Articles 713-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, of those marks and/or logos from the website’s contents is strictly prohibited without the express authorization of the CNRS. Further, the unauthorized use of the name of the CNRS or any of its laboratories will constitute a fault as defined by Articles 1240 and 1241 of the French Civil Code.
