Missions
Electrochromic (EC) materials and devices are known for the modulation of their optical properties under an applied voltage. The EC- LIPSE projet concerns the eco-design and development of innovative sustainable methods for the fabrication of efficient optically active systems. In particular, highly functional flexible electrochromic (EC) systems involving the integration of several active materials (metal oxides, electrolytes, network of metal nanowires used as transparent electrodes) will be studied.Coordinated by the LGP2, and in collaboration with the LMGP, both laboratories in Grenoble, the specific task of ICMCB will be to elaborate metal oxides powders of various morphologies and granulometries to be further used as a basis of "green" inks either formulated in ICMCB or in the partners labs.
The post-doctorate fellow will perform thin film deposition (by doctor blading, spin coating, ..). After careful physico-chemical characterizations, the electrochemical and optical properties of single layers will be thoroughly studied prior to their integration in devices. Strong interaction with LGP2/LMGP in particular with the local Ph. D student will allow the comparison with films and optical devices built using other deposition techniques. Particular attention will be devoted to the use of green protocoles.

Contexte de travail
Created in 1995, the Bordeaux Institute of Condensed Matter Chemistry (ICMCB) focuses its research on Solid State Chemistry, Materials Science and Chemistry and Process: designing, preparing, shaping and characterizing materials in order to discover, control and optimize specific functions. The ICMCB carries out fundamental research on model materials and/or materials with potential applications.
The ICMCB is a UMR with an average of 270 agents (permanent and non-permanent), with 3 tutelles, hosted by the CNRS and in total ZRR. The position is located in a sector covered by the Protection of Scientific and Technical Potential (PSTP), and therefore requires, in accordance with the regulations, that the arrival of the agent be authorized by the competent authority of MESR.
