Job applications and vacancies
To apply, go to the job detail page and click the « Apply » button located on the job posting.
- If you're already logged in, you'll be redirected to the application form.
- If you don’t have an account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one.
Yes, creating an account is required to apply. It also gives you access to your personal candidate dashboard, where you can manage your applications, job alerts, and saved job postings.

No. Unsolicited applications are not accepted. However, you can create a candidate profile within our talent community to use for future applications. The portal only supports applications to published job openings. We recommend checking it regularly or setting up a job alert to be notified of new opportunities.
Yes, access to public service positions is possible for foreign nationals in accordance with the applicable regulations.
No. The portal is open to wide range of applicants : civil servants, contract staff, PhD candidates, interns, and apprentices.
Please note the some internal mobility opportunities are reserved for CNRS staff (civil servants and permanent contracts) and public-sector employees with permanent contracts.
No. Many opportunities are also open to engineers, technical staff, and administrative professionals.
No. Mobility postings are open to all permanent public-sector employees, whether tenured or on permanent contracts.
You can upload multiple versions of your résumé to your candidate space.
Yes, you are welcome to multiple positions, as long as each application is relevant and tailored to the role. When you submit your application, a personal candidate profile is created, which you can access at any time using your login details.
At CNRS, our commitment to new talent is a big part of our organization. You can apply for internships and/or entry-level positions directly through our website and other recruiting channels (PASS). You can use the search tool to filter by contract type, including internships and apprenticeship programs.
Application tracking
The CNRS is committed to reviewing applications as quickly as possible. You can track the progress of your application directly from your candidate dashboard.

A confirmation message will appear immediately after you submit your application. You’ll also find a record of all your submissions in your candidate space.
Candidate account and technical support
A contact form is available at the bottom of every page under the link “Contact Us.”
Important: Please do not submit job applications through the contact form.
Check that your login details are correct. If needed, try switching browsers (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are recommended) and clearing your browser cache and cookies.
If the issue persists, contact us using the “Contact Us” form.
I f you forget your password, please click « Forgot password? » icon on the login page, enter your email address, and a reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Make sure all required fields are filled in and that your email address is correctly formatted. If an account already exists with your email address, you'll be prompted to log in.

Each file must be no larger than 3 MB.

Your data is stored by CNRS for up to two years. After that period, it is archived in accordance with the French Heritage Code.
Yes. In accordance with the GDPR, you can request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the CNRS Human Resources Department at: drh_rgpd@cnrs.fr.
You can also delete your applications directly from your candidate dashboard.
Please note that deleting an application that is currently under review will be considered a withdrawal.
