Description du sujet de thèse
The objective of the thesis is the methodological development in statistics applied to the analysis of high-dimensional longitudinal data from the SNDS (National Health Data System). In particular, it will focus on the adaptation of the WCE (Weighted Cumulative Exposure) model, which allows the cumulative impact of a drug to be modeled over time, while fitting into the framework of survival models, and is interpreted as a Cox model. These methods will be validated by simulation experiments, then tested on a sample of 3 million patients from the SNDS.
Contexte de travail
This work will be co-supervised by Emmanuel Bacry (CNRS, Ceremade, Univ. Paris Dauphine) and Anne-Sophie Jannot (APHP, UPC, member of the Heka team, INRIA).
The work will be carried out within the Heka team at PariSanté Campus (75015) in close collaboration with other members of this team (notably Jean Feydy).
