Missions

The project combines a part on the model plant Arabidopsis thaliana and Medicago truncatula during rhizobium symbiosis. They will develop new molecular approaches and analyse transcriptomic and proteomic data.

Activities

• Develop and implement of high throughput CRISPR screen combined with single cell RNAseq.
• Single cell RNAseq data analysis and integration
• Cloning and development of several constructs.
• Confocal microscopic analysis of root development and protein movement.

Skills

• Experience in molecular biology, data analysis and bioinformatics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with protoplasting, RNA-sequencing, scRNAseq, CRISPR methods, root development.
• Programming skills (e.g., R) and proficiency with statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary research teams.
