Job Description
Missions
‐ Study the mechanisms governing monoaminergic balance in the cerebellar cortex
‐ Characterize the interaction between local sources (Purkinje cells, Bergmann glia) and distal inputs
‐ Analyze the impact of this balance on neuronal dynamics and motor and cognitive behaviors
‐ Contribute to the integration of experimental data from the cellular level to behavior
Activity
‐ Two-photon imaging experiments using GRAB sensors
‐ Implementation of AAV and VMAT2 shRNA viral manipulations
‐ Analysis of tonic and phasic monoamine dynamics
‐ Participation in behavioral experiments (motor coordination, navigation, and social interactions)
‐ Analysis of imaging and behavioral data
‐ Contribution to scientific dissemination (figures and publications)
Your Profil
Skills
‐ PhD in neuroscience or a related discipline
‐ Experience in in vivo imaging or data analysis strongly recommended
‐ Proficiency in Python, Matlab, or equivalent for signal analysis
‐ Experience with animal handling and surgery is a plus
‐ Knowledge in systems neuroscience or neuromodulation
‐ Autonomy, experimental rigor, and ability to work in a team
