Contexte de travail

The new multidisciplinary unit NABI (Nanomedicine, Extracellular Biology, Integratome and Health Innovations), located on the Saint Germain Campus of Université Paris Cité (45 rue des Saints Pères, 75006 Paris), was established on January 1, 2025. It brings together around 70 collaborators—including physicists, biologists, pharmacists, engineers, and physicians—of which about thirty are permanent staff, under the joint supervision of CNRS, INSERM, and Université Paris Cité.

NABI's scientific objectives are to develop new therapies based on biological nano-objects (extracellular vesicles) or synthetic nano-objects (activatable metallic nanoparticles) for the delivery of personalized treatments for hard-to-treat diseases.

Studying nano-objects in biological fluids requires transdisciplinary approaches (physics, engineering, cell and molecular biology, immunology, etc.) extending all the way to clinical practice, as well as dedicated technical and analytical resources (super-resolution microscopy, nanosensors, microfluidics, etc.), combined with systematic multimodal and multiscale exploration supported by AI-driven analysis.

These innovative methodologies are developed within NABI and in partnership with the industrial integrator IVETh, a technology hub dedicated to the characterization, bioproduction, and engineering of extracellular vesicles and nanovectors for diagnostics and personalized therapies. The agent will join the multidisciplinary “Nanobiotherapies” team as part of the ERC-funded Exocyther project.
