Job Description
Missions
Microbiological experiments to study the dynamics of bacterial communities and test theoretical predictions.
Activity
Designing eco-evolution experiments with synthetic bacterial communities across different laboratory environments. Genetic editing, including optogenetics. Developing simulations, bioinformatic analysis, and interpretation of results. Writing articles. Contributing to the functioning and organization of the laboratory.
Your Profil
Skills
PhD in experimental biophysics. Experience in experimental microbiology and synthetic biology. Good level of English.
Your Work Environment
Experimental laboratory located at UMR1137 IAME, as part of a scientific collaboration.
Constraints and risks
Risks associated with the practice of Biosafety Level 2 microbiology experiments.
