Missions
Ensure the design and implementation of a circular dichroism measurement based on fluorescence (FDCD) by upgrading a micro-polarimeter already developed in the laboratory. The FDCD measurement must be performed without interfering with existing functionalities (CD measurements in microscopy).
Activités
Design, develop, and build the instrument; validate the FDCD measurement.
Perform measurements on the existing device as part of the ongoing ANR project.
Train and assist doctoral students and interns in performing measurements on the existing device and the device to be developed.
Analyze the measurements taken. Train interns and doctoral students in analyzing the measurements.
Compétences
- Engineering techniques and sciences (optics, automation, microcomputing) (in-depth knowledge)
- In-depth knowledge of interfacing (Python) devices from different sources. Knowledge of design software appreciated.
- Calculation methods (Python, Matlab)
- Basic optical measurements (transmission, polarimetry)
