Selection and adaptation of spatial transcriptomics data analysis protocols within the framework of scientific projects, implementation of analyses and quality controls
Writing/updating study reports, conducting regular project meetings
Writing scientific articles, figures, and methodologies
Participation in scientific and technological monitoring of the field
Implementation of a Python package for subcellular analysis applied to the themes studied in the teams' research projects.
