Job Description
Missions
Development of a new type of molecular probe and affinity column to characterize and purify organelles within the framework of a CNRS pre-maturation project
Activity
Expression and purification of recombinant proteins and derivative forms (mutants, fragments) in a heterologous system.
Associated molecular biology.
Fluorophore coupling, biotinylation, and coupling to protein matrices.
Validation of the resulting probes and matrices for their interactions and affinities with model membranes.
Your Profil
Skills
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
Extensive experience in protein expression and purification. FPLC chromatography, electrophoresis, and coupling chemistry on cysteines.
Report writing and presentation of results to scientific and institutional stakeholders. Literature review and technical documentation.
Your Work Environment
Biochemistry Laboratory - Language: English and French - Under the authority of the scientific project managers and the pre-maturation managers.
