Job Description
Missions
Setting up cellular, metabolic and biochemical assays to determine the importance of proteins that transiently interact with lipid droplets during adipocyte differentiation
Activity
During adipocyte differentiation, the candidate will determine the function and underlying mechanisms of some proteins recently identified during a proteomic survey in our lab.
Your Profil
Skills
Cell biology of membrane organelles (e.g. microscopy, gene silencing, WB, immunfluorescence) and metabolism (seahorse). Biochemical assays (protein lipid interactions, condensates...)
