This qualitative research will include corpus analysis (primary sources produced by the court), archive analysis and interviews. The objective will be to coordinate a special issue of a journal on the role of international law in the protection of cultural heritage and, within this issue, to write a joint article (with Mathilde Leloup and Ambre Tissot) on the integration of cultural heritage into humanitarian law, international criminal justice and human rights.
The successful candidate will also organise scientific events around the ANR with Mathilde Leloup.

The successful candidate must be an experienced researcher in the field covered by the ANR HUMANITIES. The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Law and will already have postdoctoral experience (preferably in a project focusing on the protection of cultural heritage).
