Missions
Ensure the financial and accounting management of the expenses and revenues of the Denis Poisson Institute located in Orléans. The officer will join the IDP team under the responsibility of the Laboratory Administrator.aboratoire.
Activités
- Carry out commitment acts related to revenues or expenses for the laboratory's needs
- Control the compliance of agreements and various research contracts
- Contribute to the preparation of the budget and revised budgets corresponding to revenue and expenditure forecasts
- Allocate budgetary credits assigned to research contracts and agreements
- Prepare and issue revenue titles corresponding to agreements concluded by the institution
- Manage the various assignments of the unit's staff
- Produce and collect legal, accounting, and/or financial data provided for by the contracts (supporting documents, invoices, scientific reports)
- Monitor and control accounting and financial operations within the established control plans (expenses and revenues)
- Oversee activities and report using dashboards (reporting)
- Provide practical information on administrative, financial, and/or accounting procedures
- Monitor changes in financial and/or accounting rules, directives, and procedures
- Prepare, from the institution's information system, the necessary financial and/or accounting statements and reports, as well as dashboards to track activity
- Sort and archive supporting documents for financial and/or accounting transactions
- Contribute to the development of the budget for DIALOG process
- Organize conferences and various scientific events for the laboratory

Contexte de travail
The agent will be assigned to the IDP at the Orléans site. Travel may be required to our Tours site as well as across France depending on the needs of the organization. The agent will be in direct contact with the administrative team, research faculty, suppliers, and the services of our various supervisory authorities, such as the Regional Delegation of the CNRS, for example. The laboratory, being a mixed research unit (UMR), is overseen by three authorities: the University of Orléans, the University of Tours, and the CNRS.
