Job Description
Missions
The candidate will contribute to work on control theory and applied mathematics
Activity
The postdoctoral researcher will focus on research and writing articles. He/she will dispose of fundings to travel and participate to conferences, and invite collaborators. The position comes with no teaching duties, but teaching is possible.
Your Profil
Skills
The postdoctoral researcher will be experienced in one of the following domains:
-control theory
-analysis of PDEs
-dynamical systems
Your Work Environment
The workplace is the Institut de Recherche Mathématique de Rennes (IRMAR), in France. There will be regular collaborations with professors from École Normale Supérieure (ENS) de Rennes. The postdoctoral researcher will have the possibility to exchange with the groups of numerical analysis, analysis of PDEs, dynamical systems, probability, algebra and geometry of IRMAR and ENS Rennes.
