Missions
The aim of the mission will be to develop sub-millimetre robotic platforms based on electrowetting water droplets. Two demonstrators will be developed: 1/ a platform that can be integrated on the tip of an optical fibre 2/ a platform that can be inserted on a microfluidic chip.

Work Context
The FEMTO-ST Institute (Franche-Comté Electronique Mécanique Thermique et Optique - Sciences et Technologies, UMR 6174) is a joint research unit under the quadruple supervision of the Université de Franche-Comté (UFC), the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), the École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et des Microtechniques (ENSMM) and the Université de Technologie Belfort-Montbéliard (UTBM). It has more than 750 members, including scientists, engineers, technical and administrative staff, doctoral students and post-doctoral fellows, and is divided into 7 departments, including the AS2M department, where the person recruited will work.
The position is located in a sector under the protection of scientific and technical potential (PPST), and therefore requires, in accordance with the regulations, that your arrival is authorized by the competent authority of the MESR.
