Missions
This recruitment is part of a collaborative project on the stylistic analysis of news-related texts, with an application to the detection of disinformation.
The candidate will work with the project's partner teams (ENS, Airbus, Mondeca). He/she will participate in the exploration of research avenues and the development of prototypes for NLP tools for disinformation detection.
Activities
The candidate's main activities will include:
- development of hybrid approaches (deep learning + symbolic)
- study of robustness (in an adversarial context)
- implementation of evaluation chains
- participation in the valorization of work (publications, dissemination of approaches)
In secondary activities, according to the possibilities :
- participation in the creation of annotated corpora (Fr and En)
Skills
The candidate must:
- have a PhD in computer science in the field of AI, deep learning and if possible NLP
- have an engineering degree, master's degree or equivalent, in computer science
- have a level of English (B2) and French (A2) allowing to analyze the data and to exchange with the partners
- experience/specialization in NLP or, failing that, in artificial learning, neural networks will be appreciated
- prior knowledge of the PyTorch and HuggingFace frameworks
