Missions

Build a tool capable of detecting the risk of abrupt changes in ecological trajectories and transferring it to real-world management case studies.

Activities

Design a risk-assessment diagnostic tool: data storage, cloud computing, code, interface, visualization, access to databases. Develop a risk-detection diagnostic tool in R/Python following FAIR principles, with a user-friendly web interface (via R Shiny) to increase accessibility for less-experienced R users.

Skills

Good knowledge of R, Python, and version control.
Software package design.
Basic ecological knowledge.
Experience in collaborative environments.
Good writing and communication skills in English.

Work Context

The work will be carried out at ISEM in close collaboration with the principal investigator (PI).
