Missions
Test and participate in the development and documentation of software applications for analyzing and processing GNSS and InSAR data. Jointly analyze GNSS and InSAR datasets for various scientific applications and validate the consistency of the results. Interpret and publish these results.
Activités
- Test the tools developed on different data sets.
- Test the technical and user documentation.
- Monitor technological developments in the methods developed and the scientific applications tested.
- Analyze the results for scientific validation of the tools developed.

- Communicate the results in meetings and conferences.
- Write scientific articles.
- Organize and lead meetings to review the progress of development work.
Compétences
- In-depth knowledge of geophysics and geodesy.
- In-depth knowledge of modeling and inversion methods.
- Knowledge of programming techniques (C/C++, Python, Bash) in a Linux environment.
- Knowledge of a version control tool (gitlab).

Contexte de travail
The candidate will work at the ISTerre research laboratory, a joint research unit (UMR) comprising approximately 300 people. ISTerre is part of the Observatory of Universe Sciences (OSU) at Grenoble Alpes University (UGA), which is responsible for numerous national observation services.
This work will be carried out under the supervision of an observatory physicist. Collaboration and interaction are planned with research engineers and researchers who use the unit's GNSS and InSAR data and tools.
