• Monitor expenditure and financial commitments and, where necessary, liaise with the relevant finance and accounting departments.
• Organize and archive accounting documents and prepare the supporting documentation required for checks or audits.

Programme Management Support
• Participate in meetings with the relevant administrative and financial stakeholders.
• Provide shared tools, templates and schedules.
• Contribute to the organization of seminars, training activities and public outreach events.

Your Profil

Skills

• Substantial experience in administrative and financial management, particularly accounting, ideally gained in a public-sector institution or research environment.
• Knowledge of research funding schemes, research contract management and financial, budgetary and accounting regulations.
• Ability to consolidate and verify data from multiple partners, prepare dashboards and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and collaborative office software.
• Strong attention to detail, autonomy, organizational skills, teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, sufficient to work effectively in an international environment
