- Organize project events (general meetings, workshops, training sessions, webinars) with the relevant partners.
- Organize consortium meetings and draft the minutes

Administrative and financial management
- Assist IPSL partners and researchers involved in the project with administrative and financial matters;
- Ensure compliance with the Horizon Europe's administrative rules and procedures applicable to research infrastructure projects;
- Monitor contractual deadlines: coordinate the production of deliverables and participate in drafting management reports and, where applicable, activity reports;
- Monitor expenditures in collaboration with the Finance and Accounting Department (allocation and transfer of funds, updating and monitoring of budgets, internal financial summary reports, explanation of financial rules, etc.);
- Coordinate the preparation, consolidation, and submission of financial reports in collaboration with the Partnership and Valorization Department, in accordance with the deadlines specified by the European Commission;
- Ensure that all supporting documentation is properly prepared and retained by each partner in anticipation of potential audits.

Legal Oversight
