Missions
Drafting deliverables and a policy brief on the governance and legal entity of the ECCCH, preparing the elements necessary for political negotiation and the establishment of the statutes of the future legal entity.
Activités
In collaboration with the members of the governance work package, the agent's initial task will be to participate in drafting deliverables and a summary note on the proposed legal entity and governance structure for the European Collaborative Cloud for Cultural Heritage (ECCCH), based on the preliminary research conducted by the team. Subsequently, they will contribute to preparing the elements necessary for political negotiations and the drafting of the statutes for the establishment of the legal entity.
Compétences
- strong writing skills,
- knowledge of French and European regulatory frameworks,
- excellent level of English (reading and speaking),
- background in public/European law or political science.
Contexte de travail
The ECHOES project (funded by Horizon Europe) aims to develop and implement a European Cloud for Cultural Heritage. The project is organized into work packages. The agent's missions will fall within work package 10 "Cloud governance", whose mission is to implement the legal entity of the Cloud, as well as its governance model, by 2029.
The agent will work under the hierarchical supervision of Xavier Rodier, Director of the Maison des Sciences de l'Homme Val de Loire (MSH VdL), which hosts the ECHOES project
