Description du poste
Reporting to the Administrator of the CNRS Surface Reactivity Laboratory, you will be responsible for carrying out management tasks in accordance with the techniques and procedures applicable to administrative, financial and accounting management.
In this context, you will be responsible for activities in the following areas:
Budget, control and execution of expenditure:
- Monitoring credit lines (balance sheet, summary)
- Order entry: monitoring, entry of services rendered, supplier disputes, invoice workflow, filing
- Entering missions, checking before validation by the person authorised to VISER (interaction with laboratory staff going on mission)
- Entry and validation of transport and accommodation bookings for guests as travel manager
- Checking expense statements, verifying supporting documents and amounts declared before validation by the manager for payment
- Monitoring the settlement of expense claims via internal dashboards
- Entering purchase card orders in euros and foreign currencies, bank reconciliation and regularisation on the ROP commitments file
- Creation of supplier accounts with the relevant authorities in the appropriate IT databases
Revenue monitoring:
- Creation of customer accounts in conjunction with the guardians in the appropriate IT databases
- Checking, entering and requesting invoices for laboratory income
Stocktaking:
- Entering and monitoring entries and withdrawals from the unit's accounting and physical inventories
- Responding to requests for flow management and inventory monitoring
Research contracts:
- Budget programming of the 3 masses of multi-annual expenditure for research contracts (operating, personnel and equipment) on the CNRS IT application
- Implementation and monitoring of contracts on the unit's internal dashboards
- Integration and monitoring of individual commitments in the CNRS information system
- Archiving of research contract commitments
- Financial justification of research contracts
Human resources :
- Recruitment: financial entry of recruitment requests via the relevant applications, monitoring of processing in conjunction with the CNRS HR and finance departments, installation minutes, reception of recruits, etc.
- Internship agreements: monitoring internship applications, checking obligatory documents (agreements and documents), financial calculation and entry of applications for internship bonuses, monitoring implementation in direct liaison with the supervisory human resources departments and welcoming interns
- Receiving visitors: drawing up legal guest reception agreements in conjunction with the trustees' departments
- Creation of agents on the supervisory bodies' personnel databases - Creation of an administrative file for each agent welcomed to the laboratory - Entry and monitoring of staff arrivals on the unit's internal dashboards
Management IT area: - Training in financial, budgetary, accounting and analytical management tools - Training in human resources management tools

Descriptif du profil recherché
Looking for a 24-month apprenticeship contract (academic years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027), you will be joining a higher education course in accounting and business management at Bac+2/3 level.
You will have knowledge of administration, finance and accounting, and an aptitude for using management IT and office automation tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
You will be able to analyse and summarise, be adaptable, organised and rigorous. Motivated and proactive, you are able to work independently and report on your activity.
