Description of the thesis topic

Our group is actively working in the field of nanoscience for biomedical applications. We have recently developed the concept of supramolecular dendrimers for drug delivery. In this thesis the candidate will have to study different new amphiphilic dendrimers for the transport of drugs. These new dendrimers are composed of a hydrophobic entity and a hydrophilic part. Their ability to form nano-assemblies and encapsulate drugs will be studied for their size, morphology, stability and anticancer activity.
