This thesis project proposed by the Institute of Molecular Chemistry in Reims – UMR CNRS 7312, is part of the ANR JCJC “TACOSCOPY” project and aims to address the challenge of antimicrobial resistance (AMR), identified by the WHO as a major health threat. The objective is to promote agro-industrial co-products, such as hemp dust or tree bark, as a renewable source of bioactive metabolites. To achieve this, the goal is to develop an innovative pipeline for identification and chemical characterization, combining high-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-IMS-HRMS), 1D/2D NMR, deep learning, and quantum chemistry prediction to improve the reliability of spectral annotations.

Contexte de travail

The position is based at the ICMR (URCA, Reims), in a high-level scientific environment equipped with state-of-the-art analytical equipment (600 MHz NMR with cryoprobe, LC-HRMS/MS, LC-SPE-NMR, CPC, HPTLC, preparative HPLC) and advanced software tools.
