Job Description
Thesis Subject
Identification of an evolutionarily divergent gene cluster in the neural microcircuits of the human cerebellum.
Your Work Environment
The IBDM, located on the Luminy Campus, comprises approximately 220 staff members, including tenured researchers, faculty members, engineers, and technicians, as well as non-tenured staff on fixed-term contracts, postdocs, doctoral students, and interns, spread across 21 research teams and 11 technical facilities and services. The IBDM is a joint research unit under the supervision of the CNRS and AMU, which explores the field of developmental biology and associated pathologies. The position will be based within the “Evolution of Human Neurons” team led by Baptiste LIBE-PHILIPPOT, in collaboration with Léo Guignard, head of the “Computing, Morphogenesis, and Variability” team. As the laboratory comprises members of various nationalities, fluency in English is essential.
