Mapping Molecular Cell States of Susceptibility to Immune Effectors in Lung Cancer
Your Work Environment
The project will be carried out at the Institute of Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology (IPMC, CNRS UMR7275, Inserm 1323, Université Côte d'Azur) within the Non-coding Genome & Lung Diseases research team. Jérémie Roux's group develops innovative approaches combining live-cell imaging, single-cell transcriptomics (fate-seq), and mechanistic mathematical modeling to investigate the non-genetic origins of resistance to anticancer therapies. The PhD candidate will work in a highly multidisciplinary environment with access to state-of-the-art microscopy, genomics, and high-performance computing platforms, and will benefit from collaborations with Inria and the RespirERA University Hospital Institute (IHU RespirERA).
Constraints and risks
The position involves experimental work in a biological research laboratory, including cell culture, the use of laser-based microscopy systems, chemical reagents, and biological samples, in accordance with established laboratory health and safety regulations.
