Job Description
Thesis Subject
Development of Hybrid Porous Nanovectors for Immuno-oncological and Regenerative Applications
• Synthesis and engineering of hybrid porous nanovectors combining inorganic zeolitic frameworks with natural biopolymers.
• Surface chemistry modifications for functionalization and the grafting of active moieties.
• Evaluation of physico-chemical characteristics through advanced characterization techniques and study of release kinetics in biomimetic conditions.
• Investigation of in vitro and in vivo interactions of the designed biomaterials for cancer ablation and regeneration studies.
Your Work Environment
The successful candidate will be based at the LCS as part of the Onco-Nano project. The research project is built on a strong collaboration with the ISTCT at the Cyceron Imaging and Therapeutic Center, providing a high-level environment that bridges innovative material synthesis with clinical imaging strategies.
LCS is internationally recognized for its expertise in zeolite synthesis, nanoporous materials, operando spectroscopy, and catalysis, combining strong competencies in materials synthesis and advanced spectroscopic characterization. The selected candidate will be fully integrated into UMR 6506 and benefit from a stimulating, multidisciplinary research environment.
