Job Description

Thesis Subject

Exploring the dating of Pleistocene teeth through uranium-series disequilibrium: an approach coupling laser ablation and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

Your Work Environment

The successful candidate recruited for the ANR EXHUM project will be assigned to the ARCHEOSCIENCES BORDEAUX laboratory (UMR 6034 - CNRS-Université Bordeaux Montaigne). However, their primary activity will take place at the IPREM laboratory in Pau, a partner in the ANR project, where they will conduct the majority of their experimental work. The remainder of the experimental work will be carried out at the Archéosciences Bordeaux laboratory located in Pessac. Travel and missions will therefore be arranged between these two units.

Constraints and risks

The successful candidate will be required to comply with the rules and regulations of their host laboratory, as well as those of any other laboratory where they may conduct experiments. This includes, but is not limited to, laboratory access hours and the safety regulations in force.
