Description du sujet de thèse
The PhD project is included in a collaborative research project aiming at elucidating Golgi apparatus function and the regulation of transport mechanisms in skeletal muscle under physiological conditions and in the context of centronuclear myopathy (CNM). The project combines real-time live-cell and fixed-cell imaging, proteomic analysis of organelles and functional assays to analyze protein transport mechanisms in multinucleated muscle cells.
Contexte de travail
The researcher will work at the Institut NeuroMyoGene (UMR5261) located at the Rockefeller Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Lyon. He/she will be part of the "Architecture of the nucleus and muscle cytoskeleton" team led by Dr. Vincent Gache, under the supervision of Dr. Gaelle Boncompain.
