Job Description
Thesis Subject
Controlling the magnetic skyrmions in three-dimensionally lithographed circuits
Your Work Environment
The project will primarily take place at the Albert Fert Laboratory, CNRS, Thales, Université Paris-Saclay, hosted by Thales TRT in Palaiseau. The experimental PhD (on-site) will be supervised by Vincent Cros (HDR) and Nicolas Reyren (HDR). There will likely be some measurement campaigns on large instruments (1 week per year on average). Within the "Skyrmions" team, bi-monthly meetings are held during which each member presents their work. In addition to group meetings, there will be direct supervision at the beginning of the PhD by more advanced students/post-doctoral researchers (teamwork), as well as by the supervisors. Informal "small group" meetings will be held (typically weekly, but the frequency will vary depending on the results).

The laboratory is open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm.
