Within the Center for Molecular Biophysics (UPR4301) based in Orleans, the researcher will set up atomistic and coarse-grained Molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of different types in relation to the needs of the INSERM project ComPhysAb.
The main goal of this project is to improve the design of bispecific antibodies, and thus their therapeutic efficiency in cancer.


Realization of molecular dynamics (MD) simulations
Realization of theoretical calculations


Ph.D. in Physics, biophysics, computational chemistry or closely related disciplines.
Solid training in theoretical and computational biophysics
Good basics of statistical physics

Work Context

CBM (UPR 4301) is a CNRS unit comprising 140 people where several groups work in synergy at the interface between physics, biology and chemistry. The researcher will integrate the research group "Statistical physics of living systems and nano-biotechnology" and will report directly to the Group Leader. led by Prof. Francesco PIAZZA.
