Your Work Environment
This position is part of the FAIRClinical project, funded by CHIST-ERA. The project aims to strengthen the FAIRness of supplementary data files and significantly improve the reuse of unstructured clinical case report forms (CRFs).
Supplementary data are typically attached to a scientific publication, either directly through online biomedical libraries such as PubMed Central or via general-purpose repositories such as Zenodo. CRFs collect patient data as part of clinical research studies and trials and represent a particularly information-rich subset of the clinical research literature and the unstructured supplementary data associated with clinical studies.
The project specifically aims to enrich the content of all supplementary data—and thereby improve their interoperability, findability, and reusability—by providing more standardized content.
