Work Context

The Photovoltaic Institute of Ile-de-France (IPVF) is one of the institutes of the energy transition (ITE) supported by the plan of investment of future (PIA) with mission to contribute to the development of the energy photovoltaic. It is based on a strong partnership between national public laboratories as well as with private partners (co-construction of joint programs).
The ambition is to create one of the 5 largest PV research labs internationally. The set is located in a new building on the Plateau de Saclay has a clean room of 4000 m².
The research themes of the laboratory focus on the design, production and analysis of innovative solar cells opening the field of new applications. It conducts experimental research on a well-endowed shared platform and in particular thin-film growth equipment (MBE, UHV co-evaporation of metals and semiconductors, cathode sputtering (PVD), PECVD, ALD, and chemistry methods). soft), and characterization of the materials produced (SEM-FEG, GDOES, XRD, Raman, XRF, AFM, and various optoelectronic characterizations)
