Missions
The postdoctoral fellow will be involved in the team's projects aimed at characterizing new microtubule-modifying enzymes.
Activités
Biochemistry (western blots, protein purification, enzyme assays, etc.) Molecular biology (qPCR, cloning, mutagenesis, etc.) Cell culture (mammalian cells and insect cells (SF9).
Compétences
Proficiency in protein expression and purification techniques. Proficiency in HPLC required. Knowledge of cell biology and cytoskeleton. Drafting and executing experimental protocols. Organization and traceability. Ability to work independently. English level B1.
Contexte de travail
The Tubulin Code team is part of the Institute of Human Genetics (UMR9002 of the CNRS) in Montpellier. The institute has state-of-the-art equipment and is associated with numerous technological platforms (imaging, mass spectrometry, histology, animal facilities, etc.).
