Missions
The recruitment is part of a collaborative project with the groups of Giacomo CAVALLI, Philippe PASERO, Rosemary KIERNAN and Domenico MAIORANO (IGH). The project aims to characterize the role of R-loops in B-cell tumorigenesis, and to exploit the potential of targeting them in combination with immunotherapy. The candidate will analyze the data generated by this project.

Compétences
The candidate must hold a Master's degree. References and letters of recommendation will be requested for the interview. The candidate must have previous experience in bioinformatics related to the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data. Rigorous, organized and dynamic, the candidate should have a significant interest/enthusiasm for science, a strong team spirit, and the ability to innovate and work independently.
