Missions
The candidate's mission will be to lead studies on the current state of health data regulation for the development of a care pathway and e-health. The aim will be to find out what health data will be involved in the care pathway, and how current regulation may modify the design of the IT system put in place. We will also analyze the basis and purpose of the data processing involved, including the question of consent and whether or not the Statistical Confidentiality Committee agrees. We also need to know how open the data in question is, and what precautions need to be taken when processing it.
Numerous questions remain to be answered, including: personal data and artificial intelligence; which files are already online on the public Open Data; data anonymization; and secure data access committees as a guarantee of data protection. Candidates will be able to focus their research on the themes promoted by UMR 7106, in particular the Digital Commons.
Activités
The candidate will participate in the SAFEPAW team's scientific activities, and in particular in the theoretical and empirical models used to assess the effectiveness of regulatory measures. He/she will also monitor all issues relating to regulatory assessments, as well as those linked to the project's social and technological developments.

Fluent languages (read, written and spoken): English, French and Arabic
Must show an interest in interdisciplinary and multidimensional research and will have already collaborated with doctors, software engineers, economists etc.
Contexte de travail
The position does not involve teaching or administrative duties.
The candidate will be based at either the CERSA UMR 7106 CNRS/Université Paris 2 or PSE (Paris School Economy) laboratories in Paris 14.
