Missions
In collabooration with the research team construct and implement an enthographic case study on 6 public structures for acess in legal services (3 in Hauts de Seine, 3 in Maine and Loire)
Activities
-Define, with the research team, the interviews guidelines the ethnographic case studies
-Contact interviewees
-Conduct interviews and field observation in the places defined in the research project
-Take part in analytical meetings and reports writing sessions
Skills
-Empirical studies professional experience in the field of legal and justice work and legal and justice professionals
-Expertise, sharp understanding and professional experience in citizens relations to the « world of justice »
-Ability to synthetize documentation
-Ability to analyze data
-Writing skills
-Methodology skills (interviews, ethnographic observation, case studies…)
Ability to work in team, to organize and hierarchize work priorities under deadlines, respect to data confidentiality, work autonomy
Work Context
IDHES is a multi-supervisory Human and Social Sciences laboratory (CNRS / UPN / Paris 1 / Paris8 / EVRY / ENS PARIS SACLAY) and multi-site bringing together more than 200 people. The position is located on the site of the University of Paris Nanterre.
The person recruited will be placed under the hierarchical responsibility of the unit director and under the functional responsibility of the scientific manager of the research contract.
The position requires travel for interviews in the Hauts de Seine and less regularly in Maine et Loire, alone or in pairs with another member of the research team.
