Activités

- Analysing biological data to produce scientific reports and publications
- Contribute to project management to ensure research progress
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments to meet research objectives
- Participate in the supervision and training of graduate students
- Attend scientific conferences and meetings to keep abreast of current developments in biology
- Collaborate with other researchers on multidisciplinary projects
- Drawing up experimental protocols and checking that they comply with research guidelines and ethical standards
- Contribute to the writing of grant proposals to fund research and the necessary equipment
- Monitor scientific and technological developments in its field of activity
- Participating in the dissemination and promotion of results in the form of oral presentations and publications

Contexte de travail

Our team is interested in the regulation of the intestinal stem cell niche in development, regeneration and paediatric pathologies. We use multidisciplinary approaches such as organoids, microfabrication, genetically modified mice and single-cell multi-omics to study how stem cells interact with their microenvironment.
The Baghdahi team is located at INEM, 160 rue de Vaugirard - 75015 Paris, on the Necker Faculty of Medicine campus
