Job Description
Missions
The Algorithms & Complexity team at IRIF (CNRS, Université Paris Cité) in Paris, France, invites applications for several fully funded postdoctoral positions (1–3 years) to work on quantum computing theory.
Activity
- Research within the Algorithms & Complexity group
- Participation in the research seminar and group discussions
- Supervising interns and collaborating with PhD students
Your Profil
Skills
Skills:
- PhD in theoretical computer science or a related field
- Ability to conduct a research project independently
- Writing scientific papers and presenting work in seminars
- Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Good academic proficiency in English (C1)
- Expertise in quantum computing is a plus

The team has expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum complexity theory, and its permanent members include notable researchers such as Simon Apers, Geoffroy Couteau, Pierre Fraigniaud, Iordanis Kerenidis, Sophie Laplante, Frédéric Magniez, Claire Mathieu, Miklos Santha, and Adrian Vladu.
