Missions

The person recruited will be part of the biophysical/biophotonic team, and will participate in the development of new approaches in single molecule localization microscopy combined with modulated excitation. In particular, it will be a matter of optimizing high-depth imaging performance.

Activities

The candidate will contribute to various aspects:
-improvement of the Imaging performances at high-depth
-alternative detection configuration test
-characterization on different samples
-preparation of sample
-redaction of articles
-participation in conferences.

Skills

- optics

- single molecule Imaging (acquisition and processing)
- python

-knowledges in light sheet microscopy and / or structured illumination
-knowledges in culture cells

Work Context

-This work will be done within the ISMO (CNRS/Paris Sud joint unit) as part of an ANR project involving 2 other laboratories (IPSIT chatenay and Institut Langevin). The laboratory has an on-site growing room and several setups for single molecule imaging
