Job Description
Missions
Identification et suivi de variations de la méthylation de l’ADN chez Arabidopsis thaliana
Activity
Travail sur paillasse. Biologie moléculaire des plantes. Analyse de la méthylation de l’ADN locale (MSRE qPCR) et à l’échelle du génome (séquençage bisulfite et Oxford Nanopore Technology). Analyse de l’expression des gènes (RT-qPCR). Pyroséquençage.

Compétences en biologie moléculaire. Compétences en analyse statistique. Interprétation des données en lien avec les questions biologiques. Travail en équipe. Autonomie. Veille methodologique.
