Job Description
Missions
Study thalamo-cortical interactions via Neuropixel recordings (N. Rouach group, Collège de France), analyse EEG data (D. Holcman group, IBENS/ENS), develop analysis and simulation tools, and conduct in vivo experiments.
Activity
In vivo high-density electrophysiological recordings using Neuropixel probes in collaboration with N. Rouach's group (Collège de France). EEG data analysis in the Holcman lab (IBENS, ENS). Development of computational methods for thalamo-cortical dynamics. Numerical simulations of thalamo-cortical neural networks. Scientific writing and dissemination.
