Job Description
Missions
Development of mathematical and computational tools for the analysis of Lewy bodies in brain tissue, combining wavelets, Fourier transforms, deep learning and stochastic control theory.
Activity
The candidate will develop image processing, deep-learning, theoretical and mathematical tools for wavelet and Fourier transform signal processing, classification, stochastic control theory, electrophysiological signal models as well as mathematical models of neural networks and numerical simulations to analyze lewy bodies. We will use wavelets and Deep Learning to interpret physiological recordings ranging from the nano-electrode to the EEG. A collaboration is underway with Oxford.
