Missions
The person recruited will be responsible for the preparation of materials based on MOFs which will then be used by a partner in the context of CO2 valorization, and will perform TDDFT's modelling of electronic diffusion on the surface of these materials.

- Synthesis of phthalocyanine-based MOFs
- Comprehensive characterization of their physico-chemical properties
- Preparation of thin films based on MOFs
- MOF coating on a carbon support
- TDDFT Modelling
Skills
- Experienced in MOFs synthesis, ideally using porphyrins or phthalocyanines linkers
- Knowledge of heterogeneous catalysis
- Proficiency in modelling and ideally first experience in DFT
- Rigour, autonomy
Work Context
This research is part of a national project funded by the ANR involving 6 laboratories, including UCCS. The person recruited will be based at UCCS, CASETE team but in close interaction with the MODSPEC and MATHYB teams. National trips are to be expected in the framework of tests carried out at the partner laboratories and/or for follow-up meetings.
The position is located in a sector under the protection of scientific and technical potential (PPST), and therefore requires, in accordance with the regulations, that your arrival is authorized by the competent authority of the MESR.
