Job Description

Missions

Conducting nanohyperthermia experiments using optical or magnetic stimulation for the treatment of melanoma in combination with immunotherapies.

Activity

-Characterization of nanoparticles for optical or magnetic hyperthermia
-Development and monitoring of multicellular tumoroids
– Treatments using CAR T cells and immune checkpoint inhibitors
– Nanoparticl-e-mediated magnetic or optical nanohyperthermia treatments
– In vivo experiments using murine models

Skills

Expertise in nanomedine
Master level in physics
Animal experimentation
Cell culture and imaging

Your Work Environment

The appointee will work at the NABI laboratory (Nanomedicine, Extracellular Biology, Integratome, and Health Innovations) under the supervision of Florence Gazeau.
