Missions
The mission aims to develop, implement, and apply new approaches for constructing 2D heterostructures for DFT calculations
Activités
Develop, implement, and apply new approaches for constructing 2D heterostructures; compare the results obtained with reference methods; apply the developed methodology to complex heterostructures
Compétences
DFT with periodic boundary conditions applied to materials; development and implementation of codes or algorithms for materials modelling, ideally in Fortran.
Contexte de travail
The postdoctoral researcher will be recruited within the Chemical Theory and Modelling team (http://www.quanthic.org) of the Institute of Chemistry for Life and Health Sciences (i-CLeHS) at Chimie ParisTech (Paris, France). This work will be carried out as part of the ANR IMHOTEP-TMD project.
